Kara Wilde
I am interested art making as an awareness practice - a way of getting to know myself. I have found it helpful in that it comes from me, validating my internal experience and what comes out often surprises me.
Class supplies will include:
A variety of artist materials to play with: Crayons, pastels, paper, scissors, tape, glue, pipe cleaners, construction paper, yarn, string, thread, paints, brushes, water and paint containers, boards, pens, hole punch, sticks, leaves, nature objects, paper towels, newspaper, collage materials - magazines
Additional materials you can bring:
Journal or notebook
Sketchbook for wet and dry media
Pens, pencils, water color pencils, crayons, etc. that you like to use. There will be others available that we bring.
Bits and pieces, magazines, packaging, odds and ends you pick up during the week and might like to incorporate into a collage
